Ensuring the Best Experience

At LocsByJoy, I go out of my way to make sure all valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter the doors to the moment they leave my  chair. Please take a moment to review my policies to ensure you understand the operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and I'll be happy to help.

Late/Cancellations Policy:

Just Let Me Know

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. I get it!  If you need to cancel just give me a call or shoot me  a text message letting me know.

All I ask is that if you can give me a 24 hour notice! However a no call no show   will be declined for any future appointments. Clients are allowed a 20 minute grace period. After 20 minutes there will be a $25 late fee added to extend your service time. I will not accept you after 20 minutes you must reschedule your appointment & another non-refundable deposit must be paid. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Please come accordingly.

Please be courteous to staff and other clients and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. Due to safety regulations, I ask that there be NO Extra individuals. Also, NO children unless being serviced. Thank You.
